The Golf & Ocean House is a  private estate villa and comes with a luxurious, 42-foot-long swimming pool. Imagine sunning yourself in the privacy of your own poolside while enjoying wide and breath-taking golf and ocean views.

This magnificent retreat is a private residence, not a condo community or subdivision, and is surrounded by richly verdant tropical gardens. It is beautifully furnished and set to enjoy ocean breezes and create your own Caribbean paradise.

You can choose to rent just one bedroom in the main house, or rent the entire villa with guest house which features two bedrooms.

The lush gardens embrace the villa, and provide shade and privacy.

The main house features a great room for dining, cooking or sitting and a large master bedroom, all of which face the 42-foot long swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The queen-size master bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and indoor/outdoor showers.

The adjoining guest house has two queen-size bedrooms with balconies facing the sea, galley kitchen and tile bath with separate shower, cable television and telephone.  The views here are as stunning as those from the main house.

About St. Kitts
St. Kitts, known as the "Sugar Island" of the Caribbean, is famous for its unspoiled natural charm and West Indian ambience.  Everything is easily accessible, uncrowded, unpretentious yet unhurried-- that is, except for Kim Collins, a Kittitian who currently holds the "world's fastest man" title.

Stunning beaches on the South peninsula give way to three groups of steep volcanic hills surrounded by vast sugarcane fields and grasslands dominated in the north range by Mt. Liamuiga, a 3,792-foot volcanic peak with lush tropical rainforest along its north slope.

The "Sugar Island" offers 80-degree weather and mild breezes.

St. Kitts is 23 miles long and 5 miles across at its widest, encompassing an area of 68 square miles. Nevis, the smaller island, lies to the south and is approximately 7 miles in diameter, covering a total of 36 square miles.
