The neighborhoods of Governor's Land are
intertwined with water, forest, meadows and protected wetlands. And all
throughout, flows the golf course, creating contrasting patterns of
natural and man-made beauty.
Over four miles of riverfront border the property's
gently rolling acres, forming a peninsula where the marina and the 18th,
17th and 16th holes meet the river.
Approximately 70 percent of this land will remain
open forever. No other parcel of land as large and attractive as this
will ever again be available in the Williamsburg area.
