Spectacular Waterfront Living

Located directly east of Palm Coast via the Hammock Dunes toll bridge lies the private, 997-acre community of Hammock Dunes. Second Golf Course Opened January 2003
The Rees Jones-designed Creek Course is the second layout for Hammock Dunes and opened in January 2003. The all-Green Bermudagrass course is located on a 690-acre parcel just a few miles west of the community. Conservation areas are a major portion of the parcel with 450 acres of wetlands set aside in a conservation easement and will never be developed. Thirteen timber bridges help the golfer negotiate the many wetland areas.

The property has a wide mix of tress including mixed hardwoods, cypress, slash pine swamp forest, mature native oak, palm trees, temperate hardwoods, as well as pristine marsh and creek vistas. A practice area features a double-ended driving range with multiple target greens, practice putting green, short game area with two greens and a 9-hole putting course.

The clubhouse at the new Creek Course is a lowcountry style with wide porches. While you sit and relax, you can take in a wide view of Hammock Dunes' world of golf, including the short game practice area, the 9th and 18th greens and the 10th tee.

• Take I-95 south to the 'Palm Coast Exit' 289 (previously 91-C
• Turn left onto Palm Coast Parkway
• Go east for 3 miles to the Hammock Dunes Toll Bridge, Hammock Dunes Sales Office is directly on your right after crossing the bridge.

or  

• Take A1A south to the Hammock Dunes Toll Bridge exit, approximately 7 miles south of Marineland.
• Turn left and go to stop sign
• Go straight through at stop sign
• Turn right into entrance

Traveling from the South (Daytona Beach)

• Take I-95 north to the 'Palm Coast Exit' 289 (previously 91-C)
• Turn right onto Palm Coast Parkway
• Go east for 3 miles to the Hammock Dunes Toll Bridge, Hammock Dunes Sales Office is directly on your right after crossing bridge

or  

• Take A1A north to the Hammock Dunes Toll Bridge exit, 1˝ miles north of the Island Estate entrance
• Turn right and go to stop sign
• Go straight through at stop sign and turn right into the Sales Office entrance.
