Limited Club Cottage Membership Offer

Harbor Club recently announced its new Club Cottage Program. Limited to just 50 cottages, these new Club Cottages are located near the 18th green and are ideal for corporate accommodations, family, friends or vacation use.

Choose from three floor plans and five elevations. Each home enjoys a large kitchen, a spacious master suite and an oversized great room. Each home is approximately 2,000 square feet of quality crafted, luxury living. The program offers a wonderful opportunity for up to four individuals to share ownership in a club cottage.

Cottages are available from $349,000 to $529,000. Four sports memberships are available with each cottage. The membership fee is fully refundable for this non-equity club.

Location
Harbor Club is located near Greensboro, Georgia, and is an hours drive from Atlanta, Augusta, Macon and Athens. There are four highly ranked golf courses in the area, and many restaurants, antiques, shops and historical landmarks. The historic Antebellum Trail, with its multitude of pre-Civil War homes, runs from nearby Madison to Milledgeville, the early capital of Georgia.
