Description
Hilton Head Lakes is a private, gated, golf and lakefront community set in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Ideally located close to shopping, dining, schools and Interstate 95, this quiet enclave offers some 22 miles of lake shoreline, a recently opened Tommy Fazio championship golf course and numerous amenities that will appeal to the whole family.

Tommy Fazio
designed the Hilton Head Lakes
championship course.
Enjoying the great outdoors is the theme here where residents can walk along nearly seven miles of trails or explore the community by boat through 155 acres of navigable lakes. The Atlantic Ocean is a short distance away, providing the option of following sporting pursuits on the water either in freshwater calm or out on the open Atlantic.

Residents enjoy
fishing, sunning and cruising on the
waters here.
Golf by Tommy Fazio
The Golf Club at Hilton Head Lakes is the Lowcountry's newest 18-hole championship golf course and is the design of Tommy Fazio. Tommy is the nephew of noted designer Tom Fazio and the son of Jim Fazio, Tom's brother. Great design clearly runs in the family as demonstrated in the natural wonder Tommy created at Hilton Head Lakes.

community by boat through 155 acres
of navigable lakes.
Fazio’s championship 18 takes advantage of the property's lakes and natural wetlands, and makes a versatile challenge with five sets of tees. With deliberately angled greens, expansive fairways, and well-placed bunkers, the par-72, 7,300-yard course offers a variety of holes to test a golfer's creativity, shot-making skills and strategic thinking.

The course layout
incorporates the natural
surroundings.
You can practice in style as well with the area's best 36-acre practice facility which includes target greens, bunkers and multiple practice greens; a par-3 short course ranging from 70 to 180 yards; a full-service golf shop; and lunch served daily at the Café at Hilton Head Lakes.
Nature Preserved
Residents of Hilton Head Lakes find sanctuary among nature preserves. Neighbors can stroll past egrets and herons, then return home just long enough to grab a fishing pole.

Miles of
navigable lakes and the Atlantic
Ocean are accessible.
Clubhouse, Pool & More
There’s still more to come for
recreational activity with the new
Owner's Activity Complex just
starting construction. Slated to be
completed Fall 2012, it will feature a private clubhouse with a private pool complex, plus multiple swimming pools, a Splash Zone, plus a Water Slide & Lazy River.

The clubhouse
will offer pools, fitness, tennis
and more.
The Activity Complex will also house a modern fitness center, plus tennis and basketball courts. Right there at the lakefront, members will gather to use the playground, sandy beach, the community boat ramp and day docks.

The Welcome Mat is Out
The developer now has the welcome out and is encouraging potential buyers to come to Hilton Head Lakes and take a look at waterfront homesites which start from the mid-$90,000s. Preserve homesites begin in the $40,000s with available 90 percent financing.
Both the Greeter’s Cottage and the community’s grand entrance are now combining to create an impressive welcome mat. Visitors are welcomed into an impressive and well-appointed sales center where complete information about real estate options is provided.

Many homesites
have water views.
