Prestigious Living
There is so much to do at The Landings on
Skidaway Island, GA. Members can play on six championship golf courses
created by the best in golf course design--Willard Byrd, Arthur Hills,
Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazio--or embark on watery adventures from one of
two superb marinas.

Six private courses provide continual challenge.
Each course is stylistically unique, showcasing the natural beauty of Skidaway Island as well as the distinctive mark of its designer. The marinas provide
access to barrier islands, pristine beaches, the Intracoastal Waterway and
Atlantic Ocean.
The legendary King of Golf, Arnold Palmer, designed the first and second courses at The Landings, Marshwood (with Frank Duane) and Magnolia (with Ed Seay). Marshwood is marked by strong
par-3s; Magnolia by narrow fairways and parallel water; and both courses by doglegs left and right.

Waterfront views of one of the championship courses.
Hills designed Palmetto, the longest of the courses, where deep traps and high embankments guard contoured greens. Oakridge, Hills' second Landings course, is
made for the shotmaker with small elevated greens guarded by grassy hollows and sand
bunkers which require expert approaches.
Byrd's Plantation course, with five fairways ringing the southern end of Skidaway Island,
offers dramatic vistas of the golden salt marsh, Adams Creek and Ossabaw Sound.

Tom Fazio, voted "best present-day architect" by his peers, put the finishing touch on
the golf course package with his design of The Landings' sixth course, Deer Creek. Sculpted mounds, grass bunkers, huge sand bunkers,
easily identifiable Fazio hallmarks, combine with two-tiered fairways and elevated
tees to create a course both spectacular to see and play.
Instructional programs include individual lessons
that feature the latest in high-tech video equipment and teaching
techniques, one- and three-day golf schools and workshops.

Many homesites have river views.
The Landings Club's recreational facilities are available for property owners only through membership in the Club. Membership is subject to the provisions of The Membership Plan, availability, payment of established fees and dues and other conditions established from time to time.
Real Estate Opportunities
The Landings is a community of custom homes reflecting personal expression through a wide variety of architectural styles, while unity is ensured by The Landings Architectural Review process.

$2 million.
