Enjoy the outdoors while you savor a cocktail or dinner.The waters off of Los Cabos also draw sportsmen armed with rods and reels. Participants in the annual Los Cabos Billfish Tournament compete for a top prize over half a million dollars and have been known to pull in trophy catches weighing over 400 pounds.
Las Gardenias is a full-ownership resort community. The first phase is sold out and its final phase of 12 villa styled condominiums is now available. American buyers acquire fully titled ownership via the Mexican Trust Deed called a fideicomiso. U.S. title insurance is also available.
Las Gardenias is not a resort for spring-breakers nor particularly suitable for large families with lots of children. It is a haven for those wishing to reward themselves with a beautiful home in the sun on a golf course setting with exquisite ocean views.

- On your left at km 19, look for the Hilton hotel and Cabo Real development
- Prepare to get into the right lane
- Look for green sign for Cabo Real Campo de Golf, then a sign for Las Gardenias condominiums
- Turn right into the main entrance of Cabo Real golf club at km 19.5 and follow the private road up the hill
- As the golf course comes into view, cross over a small stone bridge
- Follow the road and look for Las Gardenias on the right
- Proceed through security at the main gate
- Model homes are signposted
From Cabo San Lucas::
- Head towards San Jose del Cabo on the Carretera Transpeninsular
- On your right at KM 20, you will see the “Dreams” resort
- Get into left lane
