WaterViewHome.net's mission is to provide:
1. To all visitors who are looking for a water-view or waterfront home, water-view or waterfront lot or homesite, key information about world-class, master-planned communities in North America that feature ocean views, river views, lake views, marina views, harbor
views--virtually any view that encompasses water.
2. To water-view and waterfront community marketers the greatest exposure to motivated buyers online and to direct inquiries to our Featured Communities’ sales teams.
Leads are generated from our growing membership of Featured Water-View Communities via network websites, e-newsletter features and promotions, blog articles, advice and commentary, social media, and hot links to Featured Communities own websites and by direct inquiries via telephone and email.
3. Design, photography and editorial are held to the highest standards to create a top-quality editorial environment that delivers solid, useful information that buyers can use in their selection of potential properties
in which to visit and purchase their dream home or lot.
4. Clients can expect highly attentive, personal service directed to their key goals--impacting their core markets, generating quality leads and site visits and selling property.
WaterView Home is published by Lott Custom Communications (LCC), which was founded in 1990 by David Lott in Newtown, Connecticut. the Company founded Golf Course Home in 1996 and GolfCourseHome.net in 1999. In 1993 the Company founded TennisMatch magazine, which was subsequently sold.
Lott is a former Creative Services Manager for the New York Times Sports Leisure Division, where he wrote special advertising sections for Golf Digest, Tennis, Golf World, Golf Shop Operations and Snow Country. Lott was also responsible for producing advertising and promotion for the division's seven magazines.
LCC has provided marketing and creative services for numerous publications and golf companies, including:
